MINIFS
Returns the smallest value in a range, but only among rows that meet one or more conditions.
Compatibility: Excel 2019, Microsoft 365
Syntax
=MINIFS(min_range, criteria_range1, criteria1, ...)
Example
=MINIFS(C:C,A:A,"West")
When to Use It
Use MINIFS to find the lowest value within a specific category — e.g. the lowest price among only in-stock items.
