COUNTIFS
Counts cells that meet multiple conditions across one or more ranges, all at once.
Compatibility: All Excel versions
Syntax
=COUNTIFS(range1, criteria1, [range2, criteria2], ...)
Example
=COUNTIFS(A:A,"Shipped",B:B,">100")
When to Use It
Use COUNTIFS when a single COUNTIF isn't specific enough — e.g. counting orders that are both "Shipped" AND over a certain amount.
